Always Learning How to Stay Heart Healthy!

Close to 40 residents and members of the community-at-large eagerly listened to the heart health information and recommendations by Dr. Brendan Merchant, a cardiologist practicing at Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates, who is also affiliated with South Shore Hospital. Dr. Merchant said that everyone could improve on heart health by managing risk factors for the disease and eating a diet rich in foods that are good for the heart.
