Classes, Instruction, and Fun at New Fitness Center!

The new Fitness Center at Allerton House in Hingham recently opened with equipment demonstrations, information about upcoming classes, and a healthy array of fresh fruit and cheese. The ergonomic stationary bikes and recumbent elliptical provide an excellent workout while minimizing stress on bones and joints.

Conveniently located on the first floor, the Center will offer a range of classes including cycling, weight training, and stretching. Activities are supervised, and the Center is open six days a week. There is ample research demonstrating the positive effects of exercise at any age.

Fitness balls are a terrific addition to any exercise regimen. Residents will be given proper instruction to assist in ensuring good posture, strengthening abdominal muscles and aiding overall spine health.
