The Welch Senior Living communities joined forces on Saturday, September 25 at Nelson Memorial Park in Plymouth for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
In total, the Welch Senior Living communities helped to raise over $13,000 in funds to help fuel the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association and support advanced critical care and research.
Over 129 teams participated in the 2021 South Shore Walk to End Alzheimer’s, with near 840 individual participants joining in the walk. In total, the walk raised $317,699 in support of the Alzheimer’s Association.
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.
